After graduating from ITU Industrial Engineering Department in 1993, he received a Master of Business
Administration (MBA) degree with a scholarship from the University of Iowa.

Özarslan Tangün started his career at Southwest Securities, the largest investment bank in Texas, in 1995. He
later headed the research department with a staff of 25 analysts. The division has achieved many national
successes and Mr. Tangün was chosen as America's Best 'Retail Industry' analyst by The Wall Street Journal
due to his investment recomendations. He was regularly quoted in national and international media, including
The Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, Fortune Magazine, Businessweek, Barron’s, Reuters and
Dow Jones News, etc. He also appeared on various news channels including Bloomberg, ABC, NBC, and FOX.

He is a CFA charter holder and held Series 7, 16, 24,86 and 87.

Mr Tangün founded Patara Capital, LP an activist hedge fund that made private equity like investments in
public and private companies with less than $500 million market value. His hands on approach has led to many
board positions on NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE listed companies, as well as private companies and start-ups. He
provided advise and help execute action plans to increase long-term sustainable profitability, raising/
allocating capital, turnarounds, acquisitions and overall shareholder value enhancement strategies.

After returning to Turkiye in 2012, he was a director at AccessTurkey Capital, one of the largest alternative
investment platforms focused on public and private companies, including Kariyer.net, Sigortam.net, Logipark,
Olgun Celik as well as a hedge fund.

Mr. Tangün joined Yes Oto, a car rental company, as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and
Managing Partner. He took an active role in bringing Enterprise Rent A Car, the world's largest car rental
company with over 2.1 million cars and 80,000 employees in 95 countries, to Turkiye in 2014.

Mr. Tangün is married and has three children.
