KoçSistem General Manager and KoçDigital Vice Chairman Board of Directors Mehmet Ali Akarca, served as the General Manager at Bookinturkey.com between 2001-2003, and continued his career as the General Manager of Koç.Net Telecommunication Technologies and Communication Services Inc. in 2004 - 2011. At his career path he became Deputy General Manager at Zer Central Services and Trade Inc. in 2011-2012. From 2012 to 2017, Akarca served at Türk Telekom Group as Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Corporate Customer Vice President and CEO, respectively. Akarca is still General Manager of KoçSistem since April 1, 2017.

Mehmet Ali Akarca has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham School of Economics. He received post-graduate degree in marketing and tourism at the University of Surrey. Mehmet Ali Akarca is married and has two children.
