Usluel currently serves as an Independent Board Member at Nokia and Hurriyet Emlak; Board
Member at İstanbul Venture Capital Initiative (İVCİ), Technology Development Foundation of Turkey
and Usluel Group of Companies, which carries out energy, rail system and communication
infrastructure projects. He was the CMO of US-based software company KXEN and he co-founded
ILinc, the company that invented live web collaboration technology in 1994. He got his BSc degree in
Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and his MBA from the Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
