Seçil Yıldırım Çelebi completed her undergraduate education in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and received a master's degree in industrial engineering. After working in the fields of Human Resources Management and Entrepreneurship/SME Consultancy, she joined the Genç Başarı Eğitim Vakfı / Junior Achievement Turkiye. JA Turkiye has been operating since 1999  for the development of the entrepreneurial mindset from an early age throughout Turkey. She is currently the General Manager of the foundation. She works on the development of experience-oriented programs to reveal the unique potential of each child, and contributes to many national and international programs organized for children, young people from primary school to university.
