Ozan Bayülgen completed the MBA program at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Having also completed training in digital strategy and advanced business management at Harvard Business School and Northwestern Kellogg School, Bayülgen held senior positions abroad in companies such as FedEx, Peppers & Rogers Group, and Star Group before coming to Türkiye.
In his most recent role as country partner at Bain & Company, Bayülgen directed strategy consulting and transformation programs for numerous leading retail, transportation, and technology firms. He joined Hepsiburada in early 2021 as the General Manager of HepsiPay.
Throughout his career, Bayülgen has also served as a part-time faculty member, teaching MBA and EMBA students at Koç University from 2011 to 2019.
Additionally, Ozan Bayülgen is a member of the board of directors of the Financial Literacy and Access Association. He is married and has three daughters.
