Nilhan Onal Gökçetekin has been the CEO of Hepsiburada since January 2023
Prior to Hepsiburada, she founded Amazon Shipping Company as well as leaded important categories
such as consumer electronics, insurance, apparel and footwear in Amazon Europe. During the ten
years preceding her career at Amazon, Onal held important and diverse senior management roles at
Procter & Gamble in many categories and geographies, from food and cosmetics to home care
products.
Among many recognitions, in 2021, she was also named among top Turkish executives in 'Global
Turks par excellence' conducted by Heidrick and Struggles.
Mrs. Onal holds a Master of Business Administration from Boğaziçi University on Marketing and
Finance and holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations from Boğaziçi University.
She also completed the "Advanced Management Program" at Harvard Business School.
