Neyran Bahadırlı is a graduate of Boğaziçi University's Economics department. After receiving her MBA from UVA Darden School of Business in the US, she worked in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) Investment Banking team at Merrill Lynch London office. She continued her career at the online communications company Skype in London. After a decade of experience abroad, she returned to Istanbul and was appointed as the General Manager of Uber Turkey. Uber, one of the world’s most popular technology apps, continues its operations in Turkey with Uber Taxi and Uber Courier. The number of Uber app downloads in Turkey has passed 6.5 million. Uber Yellow Taxi service is available in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Adana, Bursa, Mersin, Kayseri, Nevsehir and Hatay; Turquoise Taxi, Black Taxi, Yellow - Black Large Taxi and Uber Courier services are available in Istanbul.
