Since January 2016, she has been the Chairwoman of the Board of
Directors and also since 2007, she is a Member of the Board in İnci
Holding Group.
Neşe Gök graduated from BSc Economics in İstanbul University and did
her master degree of MSc Strategic Marketing in De Montfort University in
the UK. She started to work for Foreign Trade Company in their Family
Business, İnci Group (http://www.inciholding.com/en/home ). Since the
year 2000, she has taken responsibilities at Human Resources
Department.  She worked as Human Resources Supervisor for their Joint
Venture Company Hayes Lemmerz Turkish Operations. She took
responsibilities in the implementation of Global Performance Management
System of Hayes Lemmerz for Turkey, Czech Republic and Germany
Plants. She implemented the hiring system and Management Resource Review System within the company.
In the meantime, between 2008-2010 she was the president of both Family Council and Family Assembly of
Inci Family. She is also a İzmir Institute of Technology and Ege University Advisory Board Member. She gave
lectures and speeches in various universities about Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Talent
Management and Management in Family Business. In addition, she is an “Angel Investor” at Keiretsu Forum,
Arya Women Investment Platform and EGIAD Angels.
She is married and has one son. She speaks Turkish and English. She is a travel addict and plays golf.
