Mine Taşkaya, founder, and the CEO of GTech a global and consulting company which
offers value added services and solutions by merging its’ experiences in various sectors
with the global technological developments. With its customer-oriented approach and
deep field experience in data, GTech offers end-to-end services under Financial
Technologies and Analytics business lines. Prior to founding GTech Taşkaya,
formulated successful strategies and delivered tangible results at the likes of IBM, Koc
Sistem and Coretech.

Mine Taşkaya received Computer Engineering BS Degree from Middle East Technical
University and being a “Mentor” in METU (Middle East Technical University) Alumni
Association she helps young talents with her expertise in leadership and coaching.
Taşkaya was selected in the “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” list by Fortune
Turkey for 2021 and and in the “Female Founders 100” list by Fast Company Turkey for
2022. Mine Taşkaya, who is the 4th Term Mente of the Women on Board Association
Turkey (WOB Turkey), serves as a Board Member of the Software Manufacturers
Association  (YASAD), a member of the The Women Entrepreneurs Association of
Turkey (Kagider) and the Association of Women in Technology (Wtech).
