Ferhat Keten is an architect, businessperson, and chairman
of Keten Grup. Ferhat Keten graduated from Istanbul High
School in 1993 and ITU Faculty of Architecture with an
undergraduate degree in architecture in 1997. He obtained
his master's degree in construction and project
management from Nottingham Trent University,
Waterford Technology Institute, and Karlsruhe FHTH in
1998. Following his graduation, he worked at Dywidag in
Germany. He took over management of the family
company Keten Grup which occupies in real estate
development in 1999. Ferhat Keten has added companies
operating in facility management, tourism, and real estate
fund management to Keten Grup since 1999. He continues
to work on his doctoral thesis about “Securitization Based
Finance and Management Model for Real Estate
Development Projects” at ITU Faculty of Architecture,
Department of City and Regional Planning. Also, Ferhat
Keten takes active roles in various organizations such as
UCTEA(TMMOB), TUGIAD, Galata Grup, IELEV, and Urban
Land Institute.  He is married and has three children.
