F. Nusret Dur graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University and completed his master's degree in the same department. He then completed Ziraat Bank's Banking School and started his career at Ziraat Bank. Over the course of 18 years, he served in various positions within the bank, including senior management. In 2018, he joined Pasifik Group. Playing an active role in the group's growth strategy, F. Nusret Dur has been serving as the CEO of Pasifik Group since 2023. In addition to his role as CEO, he continues to hold positions as chairman, vice chairman, and board member in companies within the Pasifik Group.
